We do not manually read, access, or review your personal memories or notes.

Access to user data is restricted and only occurs in limited situations such as:

• Fixing bugs or resolving technical issues

We design our systems to minimize internal access to user content.

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard practices. We take reasonable steps to protect it from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

However, no system is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.

Your data is stored as long as your account is active.

• Memory Storage: Your processed data is stored and indexed to enable fast retrieval and memory linking.
• Infrastructure Services: We use secure cloud and notification providers to run the app.

These services only process data as needed to provide functionality and are not permitted to use your data for unrelated purposes.

8. Microphone Usage

Offload may request access to your device’s microphone when you choose to use voice input.

• Recording starts only when you actively trigger it
• No background listening or continuous recording
• Audio is used only to convert speech into text

You can disable microphone access at any time in your device settings.

9. Notifications

Offload may send notifications for reminders, summaries, and important updates. You can disable these at any time in your device settings.

10. Your Control and Rights

• Edit or delete your data anytime
• Stop using the app at any time
• Disable permissions like microphone or notifications
• Request account deletion

11. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account by contacting us at the email below. Upon deletion, your associated data will be removed from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.

12. Children’s Privacy

Offload is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
